PRESIDENT’S LETTER - April - May 2012

What a beautiful day it is today.  Sun is shining, blue skies,
cool but soooo nice.

Deitrah Smith’s brush holder was fun to do and we had time to visit and talk.  Thanks Deitrah for driving that distance to teach us.

If you have finished your tags please get them to me at the Dorothy Whisenhunt seminar so that I can pack them up and send them to national.   Thanks you to all that painted.

Also I will take any of your projects for the “Save Our Cats” and “Canine Angels”  Please have them to me by the August meeting.

Before we know it we will be taking our summer break.  There are a couple projects going on this summer.  If you are interested contact

Mimi early to save your spot.

Her number is 222-0612.

Are any of you going to Jo Sonya’s reception in Atlanta at the DAC Museum?  Several girls are going to be able to take her class.  That should be fun.

If you have not signed up for Linda Blackmon’s “So Little Time” be sure to sign up at the seminar or contact Barbara so you can get your surface.

I hope your surfaces are prepped and ready to go for the seminar. Hope to see everyone there!
